Individual psychotherapy for adults

My main approach is Gestalt therapy , which I combine with other approaches, such as hypnotherapy, work with the inner child, NLP (Neurolinguistic Programming) and EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique).

 

The foundation of therapy is a safe therapeutic relationship between us, in which you can explore your feelings, physical sensations and thoughts, and connect them together. This leads to a deeper understanding of yourself and greater wholeness .

At the same time you can explore your life story and how you relate to yourself, others and the world. We can examine how you feel at this point in your life, and what you can change in order to be true to yourself. Ultimately you will develop inner strength to get you through difficult experiences while allowing yourself to feel joy during the good times.
