What kind of therapy is right for me?
There are many discussions about what sort of therapy is the most effective: longer term ‘talking’ therapies, or other approaches focused more on goals, which may take just a few sessions.
The argument on one side is that a deep, profound change takes time. It requires a secure and trusting environment where the relationship between the therapist and client is crucial. Arguments supporting short term therapies claim that a meaningful change can be achieved using different techniques if a good therapeutic relationship has been established.
I believe that it all depends on the individual and the problem he/she wants to sort out. Everyone is unique and what’s right for one person may not be right for another. I’m able to combine different approaches to fit each client, and can offer Gestalt Therapy, Hypnotherapy, Neuro-Lingvistic Programming, Emotional Freedom Technique and Time Based Techniques.

How to decide
You can ask me any questions you have about which kind of therapy would be right for you. I like comparing the therapy process to the journey that Columbus made. He didn't expect to find a new continent, and he had to adjust his plans to the circumstances and go through a few storms. But he discovered America!
